The Safekab app will help them do a better job.
We also want to make sure that everyone has a great experience with us, and that everyone is accountable for their actions. That’s why we’ve introduced a star rating system where passengers and drivers can rate each other. This helps to ensure that every ride is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for everyone involved.

Safety Code
Before your journey begins, you’ll receive a unique code that you’ll need to match with your driver’s code. This extra step ensures you’re getting into the right vehicle and increases your safety and confidence in the whole process.

Journey Monitoring
We know how important it is to stay connected with loved ones, especially when you’re travelling alone. That’s why we’ve made it easy for passengers to share their journey information with friends or family. With SafeKab’s app, you can even track your journey in real-time and share your location with your loved ones. This way, they can relax knowing you’re safe and can even see when you’ve arrived at your destination.
SafeKab has got your back, even in emergencies. Our app comes with a handy ‘panic button’ feature that you can use if you ever feel unsafe or need help during your journey. Simply press the button, and both our local Church Street Office and a designated friend or family member will be notified of your location and that help is needed. This feature is also available for drivers, ensuring everyone stays safe and secure while using our service.

SafeKab Credit
Parents or employers can deposit money in the handy SafeKab wallet stored in the app. Users will always have money for a ride home with a SafeKab wallet, and because it’s a secure online transaction, no money changes hands between the driver and the passenger.
SafeWalk
You don’t have to be in a cab to stay safe with SafeKab. With our amazing ‘SafeWalk’ feature, you can stay safe and connected even when you’re walking home alone. Simply share your route, position, and destination with a contact through the app, and they can track your journey in real time. This means you’ll never have to walk alone again!
And that’s not all – with the SafeKab panic button, you can feel even more secure knowing that help is just a click away. If you ever feel unsafe during your walk, simply press the panic button, and both our local office and a designated friend or family member will be notified of your location and that help is needed.
Best of all, SafeWalk is completely free to use for anyone who downloads the app! It’s a fantastic tool for students, schools, families, lone women, and anyone who might feel vulnerable while travelling alone.
Inverness and the Highlands is very much a tourist city and thankfully it’s also a safe city. In saying that any visitor can freely use our Safewalk feature to find their way back to the hotel or down to the restaurant and have peace of mind knowing that there is a watchful eye on their walk.
