2. About SafeKab

  • Make and manage bookings for taxi and private hire journeys
  • Use optional safety and reassurance features, including journey tracking and walk-home support (such as SafeWalk), where available

SafeKab does not itself provide transport services.
Taxi and private hire journeys are provided by independently licensed and insured drivers and operators, subject to local authority licensing requirements.

3. Passenger Bookings

Where you make a taxi or private hire booking through the SafeKab website or app, Passenger Terms & Conditions apply separately.

By completing a booking, you confirm your acceptance of the SafeKab Passenger Terms & Conditions, which govern all aspects of the transport service, including cancellations, refunds, and liability.

4. Use of the Website and App

You agree to use the SafeKab website and app:

  • For lawful purposes only
  • In a way that does not infringe the rights of others
  • Without attempting to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the platform

5. SafeWalk and Safety Features

SafeKab may provide optional safety and reassurance features, including SafeWalk and journey tracking.

These features:

  • Do not guarantee personal safety
  • Do not replace personal judgement, emergency services, or professional assistance

Users remain responsible for their own safety decisions while using these features.

6. Availability of Services

SafeKab does not guarantee that:

  • The website or app will always be available or uninterrupted
  • Any particular feature will be available at all times
  • Errors or defects will be immediately corrected

SafeKab may suspend, withdraw, or change any part of the website or app without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SafeKab website and app, including text, branding, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to SafeKab.
